The Work
- Six month project, January – June 2016.
- Renovation to all 3 floors and improvement of basement
- Structural support added per engineer recommendations
- Some bedroom wall and closet re-arrangement
- Major roof repairs
- Completely new kitchens and bathrooms. All new plumbing.
- Flooring replaced or refinished
- Furnaces repaired, ductwork rerun
